Is it possible to make Eles banner use gif animations?

would it be possible for the user to alternate between which banner they want to use, given there are different banners? I liked the blue one posted earlier, and we need to retain atmosphir's signature shade of blue in the theme somehow.

We could change the banner every now and then.

Have the banner change corresponding to what board the user is in! :^D

Banner for board index: Blue one from earlier in the thread
Banner for OMB General: Current one
Banner for Pigflags: One of papaya's levels

Not sure if anyone noticed this, but on Quarto when you were typing out a reply, the message box would get bigger on every keypress. The issue has now been fixed.

Hope you don't mind, Entity, but I've renamed the thread and locked the original "We need a better theme thread" to continue all discussion regarding the theme here, since it kinda seems like it's happening in this thread anyway.
