- This Update contains 1010 new items and 123 new NPCs, which increases the content in the game by more than 150%
- This Update was coded by one man, Redigit, in about a half-year's time
- There's 13 new music tracks
- Terraria hasn't had a significant update since November of 2011
- Terraria was originally abandoned by Redigit in early 2012, but Redigit came back in January of this year announcing this new update
- Redigit and his girlfriend, Cenx, have gone through a move and have yet to unpack all of their things
- Out of 9 months of being with him, Cenx has spent 7 of those months supporting Redigit with this update
- No two worlds in Terraria will ever be the same
- This update will be released on Tuesday, October 1 for the PC
- This update is FREE and will not increase the game price at all!
- The update is so massive that the Character and World limit have been increased to 1000, the player inventory has been increased by a row, items stack to 999, and in-game chests have been doubled in carrying capacity
