So, the title of the thread is "Dammit Phantom" which is a reference or shortened form to the expletive 'damn' literally "damn it", from the Latin damnum, meaning to lose or damage but English-ed into meaning to condemn. So, StreetLights was condemning the internet handle and sir name or an internet-person named Phantomboy. But in English the name for the construction to barrier water and create a reservoir, shares a pronunciation but is spelt dam. Thus, a play-on-words so to speak can be constructed from the possible convoluted nature of the spoken forms of these words.

Should probably say this is meant to be read in a very sarcastic voice.
