EDIT: As of 9/18/15, this server has been shut down.

http://hotfix-test.dev.gameglobe.com/#

Currently works on firefox, although you can only publish levels if you have membership. You'll also have to undo Zalfig's offline fix if you used that.

Ah, I always wished I had gotten more into this game because it looks really awesome! I don't know why, the editor just didn't gel well with me, which is a shame because the levels all look super amazing great!

Woo I can finally try it now

...except I'm on a mac. Why are you a browser game if you don't support all platforms like wtf

Why did you buy a mac with the intention of playing video games ;)

Okay, can we please not send this off in the direction of that well tread debate? As tempting as it may be at the mention of those two particular operating systems ;P

I'd be curious to know, Connormon, Streetlights, and Entity, have you played Gameglobe before?

I didn't, I built my own computer but put os x on it :P I had windows on it as well but something happened with the installation and I haven't taken the time to reinstall

On topic though, I actually got really interested in gameglobe AFTER it's death so that was kind of a bummer for me. I'd seen it before then but I didn't really care that much about it.

BTW, the site has been taken down now.

Yeah, that server was left up accidentally and someone found it a couple days ago. Someone from Square Enix or a previous dev found out and took it down.

Nah, I heard about it back in the day but I was too lazy to investigate. And then it was too late :P

It was awesome. The sheer amount of possibilities was overwhemling. Amazing levels also. Pretty good community.

THANKS FOR DASHING MY HOPES

What I liked most were the interesting movement controllers, like rotators, gyroscopes, etc. It let you make anything into a door or moving platform.

I really hated how you moved your character though. It had weird semi-tank-control style turning.
