Well, quite recently it's been the norm to stay private about your interests because of the prejudice of these fandoms.

I'm not talking about OMB, but the internet as a whole. If you look on any FIAB videos you will find at least one person saying that being in this fandom is wrong.

True, true, but no. He is into that fandom. He isn't just FIAB, but Renard and a ton of other Furry influenced aliases.

yeah I've heard his music and besides some of it being unbearably difficult to listen to and some of it being OK, the music itself isnt really furry influenced. If you showed me just the music I wouldn't be able to say he was a furry.

Im cool with people roleplaying as animals, even anthropomorphic animals to an extent (It's no more than light-hearted acting), but when those animals are 100% self inserts or they start to imagine themselves as animals more than humans, that's when it gets a little weird.

What do you exactly mean "weird side of things"? Like pornographic roleplaying or what?
( If thats the case, then you cant really have room to judge what someone does because why they do it might be personal, remember only god can judge ya =) )

I'm not judging them at all. It's up to them what they enjoy.

Yeah, I find it a bit odd too! But it really is the same thing as enjoying normal roleplaying, if they find joy in it, then they should be free to do it.
I have always wondered about the other side of the furry fandom though, I never really see it as much anyways.

You could probably find some of it on the first page of /b/... Don't go there tho. Tis a horrible place.

Why do I keep mentioning it? Because it is the main reason the fandom is attacked, and I don't see any real reason why. But eh, I've made my points.
