Oh~! Bit of a recommendation, something I really like to do, instead do a bit of tofu, just slice a nice sort of slab of it and sauté it with some soy sauce and/or a little bit of cooking oil. Then serve it with some green onions, salt and pepper, and just a tiny bit of spinach, on bread (I prefer ciabatta or whole-grain, but whatever you like~!) And if you're feeling fancy, serve it with a small plain salad or a few fresh orange slices~!!! Fantastic way to dress up a sandwich.
