After seeing this, I might actually put my full effort into building a Unity game.

Check out the article here.

Yeah, I saw this a while back.

Being a guy that uses unity as his main workspace for things that are not just games, all these changes are friggin awesome. Those shaders...

Some really nice games will be able to be made in Unity now. It's becoming a really great engine. (not that it was bad at all before)

I've been looking at Unity as a potential engine to develop games on for awhile now. It was pretty good before, but it's really skyrocketing in quality. Granted, I'll have to take my programming classes next year before I can do jack with it, BUUUUT... xD
I need a shot again, that sweet adrenaline.

Yeah, it's becoming better and better.

What's also great is that their basic, free version is still a really powerful engine, even if it doesn't have all the nice features that the Pro version has. It's great to start out and for some games you won't even need anything from the Pro feature-set other than to make it look better or run more optimized.

Unity is an amazing game engine. Ive been using It for the past 3+ years now, and its amazing. It has a huge community, amazing documentation, and it has a great price (still wanting to get Unity Pro).

I like the "Component on a state" feature for state machines. I can imagine a great deal of possibilities with that.
