I also would have one free car available from the start...
If it's broken, fix it.
If it isn't broken, I'll soon fix that.

Well, yes, but I think it should be possible for all players to play all levels right from the start. Maybe someone designs an awesome racetrack, but half of the players are unable to try their luck at it because they don't have a car. That's just my opinion though, if you choose to make all cars require atmos, it's fine with me too.

I vote for 1 free car. It's like weapons: some levels may require it to be completed, so everyone should have one.

Yeah, at least one free car.

Here's another idea for club items: You can buy any at any time, but they cost a butt load (like 4x more) than other weapons and things, and then every month a random club item is selected to be on discount (or maybe it could be a vote, or maybe just a list: May you'll get this 90% off, June you'll get that 90% off etc...)

OK yeah, good point. It's not a big deal to me now, but if racetracks start to become more popular on the OMB server, then I think there should definitely be one free car.

I mean races were pretty cool, but they were really hard and I didn't really like them too much :P

I think the physics of the cars should undergo some MAAAAAAJOR tweaking if they become a thing. The races were cool, but the reason they were hard was because the cars were so freaking hard to control.

God, I absolutely hated the way you controlled cars on Atmo xD

It just felt so clunky.

I still think it would be best to just make everything free. Atmos were originally intended as a way to give MiSt money, and that isn't needed anymore.

They were, but I believe awarding atmos could be another incentive to play the game and know that the more you play, the cooler you character will be.

Of course, that doesn't really matter since we don't have multiplayer so you can't really show them off.

I did kinda suggest that everything should be free. I mean if there wasn't already enough incentive to play the game, why would we all be here discussing this now?

Just because that was their primary purpose doesn't mean we can't have fun with it and reward people for achievements with designing or playing in-game (or even for doing/winning things on the forums).

If the free and paid items were actually balanced I would agree with you, but that's not the case.

Maybe weapons could be free, and clothes continue to "cost" atmos?
