Yeah I don't even check anymore...
I've been around since 2008. And I'm old. Yay. Pretty sure I notched a fair amount of LOTD/XPs but somehow always like my underrated levels more. Go figure. My best design days are behind me, but I'll try to not be too shabby.

I know quite a few people have migrated to Skype, I think because of the capability to transition into a call if desired. Perhaps we should look into doing some sort of scheduled events in the IRC, that could be quite nice :)

Is there like a large skype group then or something? I miss the IRC days back in 2011

Yeah, I think that time zones and a smaller community makes that a bit more difficult these days :/

Indeed there is, if you like to join private message me your skype name and I believe I have privileges on it to add peoples :)

Skype is just much more convenient to use. I always have Skype open and since it has instant notifications, it's easier to keep track of it. (Although, granted I have alerts off on that group because of the mass amount of messages that are sent in that group from time to time, so it's easy to miss people talking in the group xD).

Generally speaking, Skype has replaced IRC. There was a mass meet-up in IRC last winter though.
I need a shot again, that sweet adrenaline.

No guarantees I can pull it off, but I'm looking into a program that would let me mirror the Skype chat in IRC.

Hmm, that's interesting. Would it let people in IRC be mirrored in Skype? I'd imagine not...
