Suggestion: Free-for-all Game Events

I have a preposition for you guys. How about we get together about every week or so, and play a game together? Every time we could change the game we play. The game has to have some sort of multiplayer aspect to it, also, the game must be free to play, open source, or so old that most people wouldn't care downloading it. I believe that this will bring the community together, not to mention fun.
Some games I think would work.

PlanetSide 2
League of Legends
Tee worlds
Hawken
Descent 2
Hellbender

There are many more, but these are the ones that I can think off of the top of my head.
Let me know what you think and if you have any more game suggestions!

That would be pretty nice.

Also, since most of the people here play minecraft maybe we can do munecraft minigames as well like The Walls, QuakeCraft, spleef etc.

The only problem i see with this (that happened with UHC) is that since we are all over the world, getting everybody on at the same time would be kind of hard considering all the time zones.

TF2 and DOTA 2 are both free so they would be the best to try and include everyone.

Yeah, but League of Legends offer a larger variety of maps and gameplay styles.

I have the same issue. The only solution would be hamachi, but a lot of people don't like that

Where I work. My boss literally just paid me in a computer. He came in with a plastic bag full of computer parts and said "These are the bits from the server.". I figured I could set it up there.

Thursday Aug 22nd? Or maybe 29th? Thursday was best for everybody at, like, 3:45 or 4:00pm.
