Well, if everybody logs into the same account, it's hard to identify who did what on it...
Plus, the Levels now have the name of the original designer under them, so I'm not sure if you could even edit them with the "Atmosphirians" acoount.

I wouldn't object to just having Wowfun PM the login info upon request, although I do think that could be a tad inconvenient.
