Holy crap. Bloody hell. This is the best news I've received all week. Looking forwards to good things, man.
I intend to help out in any way I can :) .

I am excited to see what you create! Whatever is to come in the future, I am eager to see what you are able to create :) We of course still have the community Atmosphir project but the more the better in terms of what games we have.

This literally made my night. I know better than to expect anything soon, but this is really exciting that it's officially coming back! :)

1) Controller support YES <3333
2) So just to clarify, you're going to be working on Atmosphir just to experiment with the technologies correct? And then the actual game will be different?

Okay so I was doing some random searching on github and I came across this project:

http://okamstudio.com/about-us/

They claim to be the game engine behind Atmosphir, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they're talking about the pre-stratosphir version? Anyway they say they're based in Buenos Aires, Argentina... are/were they associated with you and the rest of the team?

Okam Studio never worked on Atmosphir, those screens are Atmosphir Unity Screens made by Minor Studios, Juan and Ariel, 2 developers from Sabarasa worked in the very very very early days of Atmosphir and created an engine for the game, it was called "larvita" I guess is a precursor of what Godot is today. Juan and Ariel later joined Okam Studio and they showcase Atmosphir Unity screenshots.. its weird indeed but I guess thats ok :D

Entity, we don't know what the actual game will be like. At first it will be Atmosphir+Controller+Oculus Rift. From there we will see what path we take :=)

BTW... Atmosphir is now running it Unity 4.6 :D next week we will hook up the editor :D

Wow, that is really fantastic to hear, Martin! Who all is working on this new project now? Is the group now working under a new name?

Couldn't you just release the source code? I'm sure someone could eventually make sense of it...

Well, they're clening it up to use it in the new game so my best guess is no.

Just before I found out about this, I was cleaning up my room and found a piece of paper with a letter I wrote two years ago. I wrote it, to my future self, talking about how excited I was for Voxelus. It talked about Flint, Lyra, and Chomp, the three playable characters we were gonna have, and other stuff. It's kinda ironic... I broke down in tears after I found out it was back.
