Just Wondering The Possibilities

I know that Nin ( and others i think ) are still working on accounts and all that but after a while would it be possible when Nin gets the game up and running, to have people creating guns, cars, blocks, designing tools, and character stuff that are either created by Nin and others or the community?

Doing this would require access to the Unity project, which as of current nobody has. (As far as I am concerned)

Luke is referring to something that is classified at this point. Yes, there is a way to make it legal but I will avoid giving any more details as we don't know for sure if it will happen. Bare with us.

Is atmosphir even still owned by anyone anymore? here the policy is that if a company goes bust it no longer holds the rights to it's products. That would mean atmosphir is un-owned (is that a word?) and therefore (as long as no money is being made from it) it would be legal to edit/ distribute the game.

I believe, it depends on how long he has it registered. Which I am sure he is the one who would still have rights to it, if anyone does at all.
