Required Permissions To Post?

So, my brother SpearHead just made an account, but can't post anywhere due to him not having sufficient permissions. Can we get a fix for this?

Hey, sorry about that! The forum was switched over to new accounts needed approval, to cut down on spam. So far it has been working, but that is the slight draw back. Thank you for letting me know, friend!
