Woah, he has certainly earned himself place on some shoe commercial or local television programming! Awesome job, despite all the speculation of it being a fake, he deserves something for coming up with it regardless!

I replayed it a few times just to see if I could see anything, my hypothesis is that he hands something to to dude he bro hugs right after he's done. But OMG the 'Whaat" is so incredibly annoying once you replay that section a few times.

Anyway, it's not a fake. If you pause the video and take a close look at 0:20, you can see that the man is possibly Asian, and therefore he can do this sort of thing.
