Hello everybody!

Some time today I'll be adding some tweaks to the internals of the stats generator to increase accuracy where I can.
I figure I should also ask if theres anything that should be add or changed.

As well, the statistics have an announcement system that can embeded across the forum if anybody is ambitious enough to add it into the forum layout.

Stats have been updated to support the PHPBB website.
Some stuff is a little broken in the transition, and the colour scheme is a little confused. Hold tight as that eventually gets fixed.
