I have a copy of the preview given out at one point, I am not sure what the restrictions were on distributing it were - however I believe it was simply posted on the Voxelus forums, thus I would guess there is not really any issues with me distributing similarly here?

Yeah, I was going to upload my copy, but PB beat me to it. It really was a shame the game never got finished, I think it could've been a really great game.

I don't think so.

It would've been super easy to make a mac version considering it's Unity, but I think this version was distributed by Adz who only had access to the Windows version.

Voxelus actually wasn't made on Unity. As far as I'm concerned, it was with their own engine.

Are you sure about that? I was pretty sure I heard it used Unity during development.
