Voxelus was pure gold. How anyone with a reasonable brain read the fourms and thought it would turn out well is beyond me.

Great examples of how much grief the epic trole gang caused the voxelus mods.

In the first one, WFH brings up an annoy user list. Turns out, he'd downloaded a plugin just to spite me so that the site would load slower for me. L-m-a-o.

I believe I still have the download on my laptop hard drive. When I get to my computer I'll need to plug it in and see if I can find it.

I really don't know. My guess is the basic design mode, like what Adz showed on that one video.

There were some sample levels that were more like block art then anything. There was a basic design mode and props/enemies that did nothing and you could walk right through.

I remember it very clearly. The mods decided to release a sample version. However, they did this without the person who made most of the code, Xavier, did not give them permission to post that dev build. Speaking Xavier knew he wasn't going to make much money, and that he was doing most, if not all of the work, made him decide he was leaving the Voxelus project and he was leaving with the game. And thus, all development stopped.

Well, now there is an entirely different website at www.Voxelus.com, at least this game looks interesting too.

EDIT* Actually, I looked at the website a bit longer... Turns out its the same guys. I mean, their website links you to the original Voxelus's FB and twitter. It's not even just a fluke, the FB page has been updated to the new Voxelus's images. Looks like we're gonna have to wait until GDC 2015 to find out for sure if my hunch is right or not.
