I have a 3 monitor setup (two 1080p and one 1440p that swivels between portrait and landscape). As a developer, I constantly have tons of windows open, and it's a nightmare to manage them all. ScreenTidy is a program I wrote to solve that problem.

For testing on eyefinity I'd recommend setting the Columns to 6 times your number of screens

There is already programs like Entities for Mac. Just gotta search around the OS X App Store. I have seen some before.
