Atmosphir Cannot be Downloaded?

Hello,
I just refound this site and wanted to play it again. However, when opening the launcher i'm greeted with " “AtmosphirLauncher” requires the Mono Framework version 4.0 or later. " then the downloader takes me to broken link stating "The requested URL /mono-downloads/download.html was not found on this server." Just wondering if there was any solution!
