I can get to it. But the chances are 50%.

EDIT: But alas, since the Atmosphir Servers are down, I won't be able to add the tools until we get the Atmosphir Server rebuilt.

Because, without it, I cannot copy the weapons, which are in the character customisation, which doesn't work without the server.
