Anyways, I was going to use Toon Boom, but it doesn't seem my kind of program, since I much more prefer flash, the keyframes on Toon Boom are confusing. Flash won't open up anymore, some kind of error, I uninstalled it completely, but when I try to reinstall it gets all the way through but has some kind of connection error.
I tried it with the direct downloads also, no luck, it kept getting stuck at different places and would not move forward.

Have you attempted to get in contact with Adobe Support? I believe there is a section on the site to get in contact and/or you should be able to access it through you Adobe ID.

Yeah, I have an Adobe ID, I forgot about doing that. =p

After about two months, all I had to do was cancel the downloadadobehelp.exe in task manager.
