I quite like the flexibility of working with a MIDI track, as when you start putting effects and different synthesizers on top of the basic medley you can really flesh the sound out in honestly quite interesting ways. Although I am quite an amateur at the moment, I am still quite interested in them.

It's awesome when you hook up a midi device to a MIDI out channel and get it to play stuff :3
