It's an image on a screen. It doesn't travel anywhere unless your monitor is moving.

Correct. Since the door is not on the left hand side of the bus, it must be on a right hand side driving country. Because you cannot see the doors, it must be on the right hand side of the road, therefore indicating that it is travelling left.

It wouldn't matter either way... left and right are relative to the viewer. It's obvious that the front of the bus is facing left, whether it's on the left or right side of the road.
