Should I Build An Irc Bot With Ai?

So, I'm thinking of writing my own IRC bot in C#. If I do, I'm planning on giving it the ability to talk to other users. I would probably be using the same AI I've been working on for a while now. You can demo the AI at http://sebane1.com/ce.aspx.

Do you guys think it would be worth my time making a seemingly sentient IRC Bot? Would it be something you guys would find interesting to talk to?

Console isn't the official name. Once the AI can function on IRC, I'll probably do a poll for what the name should be.

Lol. That does sound quite adorable. Though, I'm wondering if it should have a name that reflects its personality. Despite it being written to respond to many things, its flaws have given it a certain personality that is constantly portrayed. I've noticed most of the time it contradicts its own words, and can come off quite negative and spontanious. However, since everybody speaks and writes about different things, I can't say that this is what other people notice or experience about the AI. I could give it a name that represents it as something extended off of myself, or give it a name the represents its behaviour. Perhaps I'll leave that to everyody here to decide. Shall I name its Sebby, or some other variation of my own name, or give it a name that reflects its personality. If personality, what is its personality to you, and what name could it have to represent that?

Yeah, after talking to it for a bit it does sound kind of negative but also very formal, like professional almost.
