Let's see, Monster- sorta cliche, however did give me some issues as a little one.
Demons, have various depictions, some are admittedly quite intimidating.
Ghosts, mostly sad as paranormal experiences have been something I have- uh witnessed, of course always arguable rather I am mental or my relatives just haven't had enough words in with me.
Aliens, more impressive than anything else. I personally believe that there is other life out there. I have absolutely no facts to back that up, but I am content in believing that there are.

I am gonna have to go with Demons, simply as often their mythological stories tend to be the most engaging and interesting and in many cases very tragic.

Raises the question, how do you depict all of these creatures?
In my opinion,
Monsters, dark shadow creatures, varying in general shape and size.
Demons, humanoid figures of various levels of "demonic" attributes.
Ghosts, hold strong resemblance of the original living beings, possibly appearing in ultraviolet spectrum.
Aliens, Jelly fish, no really, jelly fish. they are jelly fish, full stop.

Well, I just stumbled upon my favorite thread of all time. As a loyal LaVey Satanist, gonna have to go with demons. ;D

Although, ghosts and monsters are equally as interesting to me.
